Our Maxwell Leadership Game – Get to Know Your Values journey has come to an end, with the last two teams recently completing their sessions.

Over the past sessions, our beenearers have had the opportunity to reflect deeply, connect authentically, and explore the core values that shape who we are, as individuals and as a team. This experience reminded us of the power of open dialogue, shared understanding, and mutual growth.

A big thank you to our inspiring trainer, Roxana Ciocirlea, for guiding us with enthusiasm and commitment, and to all our colleagues who brought their energy, honesty, and curiosity to the table.
