Our teams can become a technical extension for our clients. We have a solid experience in offering software development services to our global partners. The start of a new project or collaboration is a very easy process with us. After we identify what your specific need is, we prepare a plan, the set-up of a team, we present you our proposal, and then we confirm the contractual terms. From there we can say that the journey began and we start offering you high-quality development services, through your own dedicated team, remote, and for short periods of time, in strategic moments of the project, we encourage on-site development (either our teams or our clients can travel).

Help desk

This service addresses both software applications and basic software products. We provide technical assistance in five languages: English, Italian, Spanish, French and Romanian, using the ultimate communication technology and, if necessary, it can operate 24 hours a day in order to cover all time zones. We have a vast experience for managing the relationship with the final users, diagnosing the errors reported by the user, and for initiating checks and reestablishment procedures, and we are also skilled in the specific software solutions for which the helpdesk service is provided.

Our work methodology provides a close relation with the technical and customer service staff so that the support team can complete your own support team, in compliance with the standards set by the customer. Moreover, our helpdesk operators can also monitor and do “mission critical” operations to the technological infrastructure (network, database, device etc.) using our own software tools owned or the ones specified by the customer.
