What would be new for you

What will you do
- Ensure customer satisfaction, providing an efficient, professional, constant, high quality phone assistance
- Answer incoming calls for technical assistance and problem solving for retail software solutions
- Communicate with the Team Leader and other departments for staying up to date with all product changes
What you need to own
- Excellent knowledge of Italian language
- Previous experience in providing operational support would be a plus
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
- Creativity and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented attitude for understanding the client’s demands
- Good time-management skills
- Good analytical skills and results-oriented thinking
- Team spirit with a proactive attitude
- Availability to travel to Italy
- English language is a plus
