What you will do
- Be the owner of the testing automation strategy and framework;
- Report on testing automation during releases;
- Escalate High/Critical issues in a timely manner to drive resolution according to planned timelines;
- Do Bug management and reporting;
- Review feature, User Story and Test Case automation coverage;
- Enforce quality gate according to the QA;
- Release strategies;
- Mentor and develop junior team members and manual QAs on testing automation;
- Be hands-on involvement in scripting when required;
- Plan Automation Test;
- Input to the release sign-off process;
- Work collaboratively with QA, development, and business groups to ensure completion of testing;
- Improve the Automation Stream of specific modules, running and analyzing automated test cases;
What you need to own
- Minimum of 5 years of Senior Automation experience;
- Managing teams of at least 3 Test professionals;
- Extensive QA/Test analyst experience in all software testing phases;
- Expert level in Test automation;
- Strong knowledge of Selenium Frameworks with C# and BDD;
- Strong test experience across the full lifecycle – Functional Testing (User Stories), Integration Testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) (end to end);
- Bug management experience and maintaining the quality of data within the bug management tool. Driving the resolution and retesting of bugs;
- Experience working in Scrum teams and a very good understanding of Agile;
- Highly analytical individual with a focus on detail;
- Understanding of industry best practices from a Test perspective – ISTQB/TMMI etc;
- Good Excel skills, charts, VLOOKUP, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
