What you will do
- Be the Quality representative in the team, implementing it all-around.
- Support the QA Test Lead in the creation of test plans, test execution, and reporting.
- Test Cases writing and execution across the full software development lifecycle: User Story Testing, Feature Testing, Regression Testing, Exploratory Testing, etc.
- Strong bug management responsibilities: identification, analysis, report, assessment, communication and test.
- Deep knowledge of the Product and its processes, to be able to set priorities between lots of Test Cases and correctly assess risks.
- Escalation of High/Critical issues in a timely manner.
- Drive the QA organization in improving ways of working and processes.
- Mentor and coach less experienced QAs in the team.
- Collaborate with the Scrum team in the analysis, implementation, showcase and delivery of new product features.
- Be able to clearly communicate with the development team around bugs analysis and fix.
What you need to own
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of industry best practices from a Test perspective (e.g.: ISTQB, TMMi).
- Extensive test analyst experience in all test phases.
- Extensive bug management experience.
- Experience of Agile Methodologies.
- Solid attention to detail, astute diagnostic skills, very good organizational skills.
- Proactive, collaborative teamwork approach.
- Mentoring experience.
- Knowledge of Test Automation (e.g.: Selenium)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
What would be nice for you to have
- Knowledge of database (e.g.: SQL) to support bug and test analysis.
- Understanding of software development best practices like Unit and Integration Testing, BDD, TDD.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Knowledge of retail and consumer goods theory and terminology.
